Tuna tataki

French people already knows a lot of Japanese words, most of which are cooking-related. Surimi, dashi, yuzu, umami... Today, I'm going to tell you my recipe for Tataki, which sounds familiar, doesn't it?

Serves two
250 grams of tuna
1 clove of garlic 
1 chilli pepper
A little soy sauce 
A little yuzu pepper

Take a small frying pan and pour in enough olive oil to fill it a few millimetres. Fry the crushed garlic and chilli over a low heat, then remove from the pan. Fry each side of the tuna back and forth for 30 seconds over a medium heat.  
Cut the tuna into slices.
While the oil is still hot, add a drizzle of soy sauce and yuzu chilli and toss. Drizzle over the tuna slices.
Enjoy while it's still hot, on a slice of bread, with Japanese rice or pasta topped with olive oil with soy sauce and yuzu pepper!
