The highlight of this dish is the freshly grilled rice that has slightly caramelized at the bottom of the pot!
Here's how to make it:
Cook the bean sprouts in water, then let them marinate in a little salt and sesame oil while you prepare the rest.
Season the ground meat with a little gochujang and sauté it in a pan.
Put sesame oil in the pot and heat it up.
Add the previously cooked rice, then add a fried egg, precooked spinach, sautéed zucchini, and marinated bean sprouts.
This is the crucial moment of the recipe: once all the ingredients are fully combined, leave them on high heat for thirty seconds without stirring. When the rice crackles, it's ready!
Season with gochujang.
