The EnYaa restaurant is located at 37 rue Montponsier in the 1st arrondissement in the heart of Paris, on the edge of the Palais Royal. It is a Japanese restaurant based on the concept of sake and champagne, conveying the traditions of Japan and the refined taste of Kyoto. The cuisine is a kaiseki cuisine created by Daisuke Endo, who studied for many years in Gion, Kyoto.
