furniture and white stone walls in perfect harmony, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The counter is made of a single piece of cypress wood carefully selected by Endo's father, a carpenter, and purchased in Japan. The details that are part of EnYaa's identity are also carefully selected. The tableware comes from the Ryuta kiln, a prestigious tableware company in Karatsu. The walls are decorated with murals of Karatsu Kunchi, as well as the beautiful sake and champagne labels in the gallery at the back of the restaurant. Two menus are available at lunchtime: the Lunch Menu (€45-60), which depends on the choice of main course, and the Discovery Menu (€90), which includes seven courses. Fresh seafood specialities Chirashi-Sushi and medium-roasted Spanish eel are the highlights of the Lunch Menu, while the Discovery Menu is a Kaiseki-style meal that begins with an aperitif and ends with a choice of three different main courses. It creates a luxurious lunchtime dining experience.
